In preparation for our first call, please click the link below to download our Excel project spreadsheet. We’ll work on this together, and your first assignment is to do the following:

Please fill out the 7 colored tabs in this worksheet:

1. CLIENT INFORMATION

2. PRIORITY ANALYSIS

3. QUESTIONNAIRE

4. INCOME

  • List all regular net income sources
  • List all irregular net income sources (i.e. commissions, bonuses, rents, etc.)
  • Include Tax refunds

5. EQUITY

  • List all assets
  • List their estimated market values, as well as their payoffs

6. BUDGET

  • List all monthly expenses
  • List all expenses that occur once a quarter or once a year
  • Use the “Other” lines to fill in other miscellaneous expenses in each category

 7. DEBT SNOWBALL

  • List remaining unsecured debts, smallest balance to largest
  • List the total payoff amounts and minimum payments

(If necessary, the other tabs will be used during counseling sessions.)
